About Me
Based in Winnipeg with over 10 years of regulatory and industry experience, I work with businesses to identify the greatest food safety concerns. My goal is to provide practices and procedures to reduce the risk of having a poor health inspection or causing foodborne illness. A graduate of Mercer University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a minor in Business Administration. I hold credentials of Certified Professional in Food Safety (CP-FS) with the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) with the Georgia Board of Registered Environmental Health Professionals.
